Just can&...I'm still in a struggling phase too. Just can't seem to get my act together. So much stress at the moment... <br /><br />But, normally in a struggling phase I go for a walk. I generally have to talk myself into it, especially in bad weather. But it starts out "just put your shoes on, you don't have to go anywhere, just get the shoes on" then "well, you've got your shoes on so why don't you just go for a five minute walk, doesn't have to be longer but just five minutes" then invariably once I'm out and the heart is pumping harder and endorphins being released I walk for up to an hour. And the whole time I generally spend thinking about how I can make it work and overcome the struggling phase.
