So it is Day 2 and it was one of the girls birthdays at work and with this we order a cake and today it was Caramel Cheesecake. I am normally a sucker for this but today I said none for me thanks.
And suprisingly I didn't want any. I am certainly eating more than I have in ages and I think the fruit helps to keep the sweet cravings at bay.
I am trying to ensure I eat close to my allocated points for the day and I am writing everything down and weighing things as well to make sure I get the portions right.
For the first time in a long time it doesn't really feel like I am on a diet. I do think though that I need to bring more protein into it but I will get there.

Day 1 of Weight Watchers Pro Points
So today I started Weight Watchers and I must say I obviously eat too much sugar or something usually as I have the makings of a massive headache that I am trying to keep at bay.
It is going well so far. I actually get 39 pro points at the moment until I lose some weight which I think I will struggle to eat but I am going to try my hardest anyway.
So far I have learnt that if you actually eat breakfast you are hungry a lot sooner in the day and a tablespoon of peanut butter goes a long way. I easily covered two corn thins with it so that is a bonus. I looooove peanut butter on corn thins it is one of my favourites.
I also must say I am loving the zero points for fruit as well as it makes it easier to fill yourself up without using any of your points.
Does anyone have any good suggestions on recipes or enticing snacks? I am certainly interested!

Weight Watchers..
So I paid a visit to my doctor yesterday and a lot of my other health issues that were effecting my weight loss are now starting to improve and she suggested I try Weight Watchers to help me get the weight off.
I have never really tried Weight Watchers but know a few people who have and had success with it so I thought I would give it a go.
Has anyone else done the points program and had success? Any feedback is very welcome.

An update...
So I have been slack again the story of my life I know and I havent been back to Curves in a while. I intend to go back this afternoon in time to make the Zumba circuit which I missed last week because I hadnt been in so long they had changed the time. Whoops!
I need to do something though and really lack the motivation but my partner wants to lose some weight as well so we are going to do it together after the long weekend as we are going camping to test out our new tent and roof rack which we have been waiting for for months! Yay another thing crossed off our list for things to do in 2011.
On the upside I am sleeping a lot better and seem to have more energy through the day rather than being bone tired all the time. My body is even waking me up around 5am every morning I just need to drag it out of my nice warm bed and get on the treadmill and do my excercise.
