So I have been flying under the radar for the last few weeks. I have been incredibly sick, been to Melbourne for work and had a working weekend last weekend so I have been busy busy busy.
Consequently I have not had time to grocery shop and plan to keep with my weight loss. But I woke up this morning and decided if I was going to reach my goal of getting under 100 by Christmas I needed to get my butt in to gear.
I don't know about you but I can not believe how close Christmas is. I had all of these plans to be super organised and buy presents early but guess what it didn't happen... I did go and layby some stuff for my nieces and nephews last week though so at least I have started.
Anyway I have not been sticking to anything over the last three weeks so today is the day I get back into it. I did put on a kilo but I don't think that is too bad considering.
So the rest of this week until Monday the mission is to lose what I have put back on so next week I can start fresh.
