I did not have the best week this week. I didn't do any excercise and I ate naughty things. I tried to be good and then it would come to dinner and I would be like I feel like McDonalds so that is what we had. Bad I know.
I did however get myself back on track Monday and Tuesday eating wise but I am still yet to get back to excercising. Although I did buy myself a good pair of running shoes so my knees and ankles won't hurt so much when I get back to it.
Having said all that somehow I managed to lose 0.7kg. I am amazed by this and have no idea how it happened.
So after three weeks of small losses I am still on track to lose 30kg by the end of the year. While I would have liked to see the first few kilos come off quickly I will be extremely happy if I can lose between 0.5kg and 1kg each week. They do say this is the healthiest way to lose weight after all.
I just hope it doesn't catch up to me next week.
