Week two isn't as great as week one but I do have something to report at least so that is a good thing. I am happy as long as something changes each week.
Bust - same
Waist - same
Hips - same
Arms - same
Legs - 2cm off each (I was a little suprised at this but very happy)
Weight - Lost 0.5kg
As you can imagine I am not that impressed with 0.5kg I was disappointed with 1kg last week but a loss is a loss. I had an appointment with my iridologist/naturopath on the weekend and it was the worst it has ever been stress wise and this is affecting my central nervous system and thryoid and everything else in between.
I personally thought I had been doing better with this since I started excercising. I felt better and more relaxed but obviously not. So I am on a bit of a mission to try different things like meditation and taking vitiman B supplements etc to try and reduce these levels to something more manageable. I am told that until this happens I am not really going to have much success with my weightloss.
The biggest challenge is that this stress has built up over the last two years and will probably be a long journey to get them back down but I need to make a start.
Anyone have any suggestions? What has worked for you in the past?
Woot! Well done hun. And that is big loss from your legs. Yay for running.
ReplyDeleteI will look for that meditation tape or hit Dad up if I don't have anything. Feeling better is a great start to reducing the stress from the body long term. Keep it up!
Good job! It is not always easy but 0.5kg is still a loss. I'm following your blog so that we can encourage each other.:-)
ReplyDeleteTry a meditation tape or write down the things that are stressing you out. That way you can look for possible solutions to crossing out each of the things on the list.
Hope my suggestion helps.
