It has been a week since I decided I was definately getting started on this weight loss journey and here are the results:
Weight lost - 1kg
Bust - reduced 1cm
Waist - reduced 2cm
Hips - reduced 3cm
Legs - reduced 1cm off each
Arms - reduced 1cm off each
I must say I was a little bit disappointed with only a kilo of weight loss but then I probably actually lost closer to two as I didn't re-weigh myself when I started and I know I had put on weight so I need to be happy with that.
I am super happy with the centimetres that I have lost though and I think the legs and arms are all down to the fact that I have started the Couch to 5km challenge. Which is certainly hard work. My legs are killing me after this mornings run/walk.
Did anyone else have any successes this week?
